My personal learning goals and expectations for the OLTD program will be achieved when my online course has been created and a term of students have embarked on their learning journey in photography. My course will be a hybrid model using face-to-face with an online component. My learning goals will be focused on what content will be delivered online and what online skills my students need to develop to be successful learners. How best will my students be able to achieve the learning outcomes of the course using a hybrid model? What content and quality resources will be used online and how will the face-to face interactions complement them? When large amounts of content move to an online component, how do you best make use of the increased face-to-face time? How will a class composition of diverse learners impact content and delivery of the hybrid course? My learning journey will be experiencing the course along with my students, relying on their feedback and reflecting on aspects of the course that worked well and some that may need rethinking. With all the questions that arose at the start of my journey into online learning, will my future journey in this field wide open for change have just as many questions?
